How it works
From sketch to site in four steps
Step 01
Submit your sketch
Send us a hand sketch, technical drawing, or written specification. Include dimensions, substrate type, and any load or drainage requirements — the more detail, the faster we can respond.
Step 02
CAD drawing
Our engineers produce a full CAD drawing based on your brief. You'll see exact profiles, tolerances, and fixing details before any material is cut.
Step 03
Your approval
Review the drawing and request any amendments. Nothing moves to production until you've signed off on the design — no surprises on site.
Step 04
Manufacture & delivery
Your component is fabricated to the approved drawing and delivered ready to install. Supplied in any RAL colour, powder-coated to your specification.
