Partner Services

The full package.
One point of contact.

Where a process falls outside our in-house capabilities, we work with a supply chain of quality-audited specialist partners — so you get the same standards and turnaround times whether the work is done here or elsewhere.

Quality-audited partners

Why we work this way

Specialists doing what they do best — coordinated by us.

Rather than stretching our own capabilities thin, we've built a supply chain of partners who are genuinely excellent at specific processes. Each one is quality audited against the same standards we hold ourselves to — for finish, performance, and turnaround.

For you, this means a broader range of services available through a single relationship, without any compromise on quality. You don't need to source or manage separate suppliers — we handle it as part of the project.

What's available

Partner services we can include in your project

Polyester powder coating

Durable, consistent colour finish applied electrostatically and oven-cured. Available in any RAL colour, with a range of gloss levels and textured finishes. The standard finish for most of our aluminium and steel products.

Anodising

An electrochemical surface treatment for aluminium that increases corrosion resistance and hardness while maintaining a clean, metallic appearance. Available in clear, bronze, and black — preferred for architectural and marine applications.

Galvanising

Hot-dip zinc coating applied to steel for long-term corrosion protection. Particularly suited to structural components and products used in harsh or exposed environments where powder coating alone isn't sufficient.

Milling & turning

Precision CNC machining for components requiring tight tolerances, complex geometries, or features that can't be achieved by cutting, punching, or pressing alone. Used where fabricated sheet metal meets machined engineering.

Polishing

Mechanical or electrochemical finishing to achieve mirror, satin, or brushed surface finishes on aluminium and stainless steel. Used on architectural metalwork where a premium visible finish is specified.

Structural design calculations

Independent structural calculations for products installed on high-rise or structurally demanding applications — including copings, sills, and brackets where fixings must be engineered and certified.
