What it does
A sealed housing that distributes air to a vent or grille — made to fit your building.
A plenum box sits behind a vent or grille and acts as a pressure chamber, collecting and distributing air evenly across the outlet face. Unlike trunking — which runs along a surface to conceal pipes — a plenum box is a three-dimensional housing designed around a specific ventilation requirement. Because every installation is different, every plenum box we make is bespoke.
Materials and ratings
What it's made from
Box body — galvanised steel
0.9mm galvanised steel as standard. Multiple sections spot welded together to form the required shape and size.
Box body — powder coated
Same galvanised steel construction, finished in any RAL colour to match your facade or interior specification.
Vents — material options
Stainless steel, aluminium, or galvanised steel. Chosen based on exposure level and corrosion requirements.
Vents — finish
Powder coated in any colour. Specify your RAL reference when enquiring and we'll match it to the box if required.
