Reglet flashings

Built into the
mortar joint. No sealant dependency.

Reglet flashings terminate an EWI system by cutting the return directly into the mortar joint between brickwork — the most reliable and exposure-resistant termination detail available.

Where they're used

At the top of an EWI system, particularly on exposed elevations.

Where the top of an insulated system meets a brickwork wall above, the reglet return is raked into the mortar joint and pointed back in — creating a permanent, mechanical seal. This eliminates dependence on silicone sealants, which can fail over time and require repeated maintenance. The reglet is the preferred solution wherever exposure or longevity are a concern.
