Eaves flashings
Cut into the brickwork.
No reliance on silicone sealant.
Eaves flashings terminate the top of an EWI system by cutting the return into the mortar joint between brickwork — providing a secure, weathertight detail that performs in exposed conditions.

Where they're used
At the top of an EWI system on exposed elevations.
Where a standard flashing would rely on silicone to seal against the wall above, the eaves flashing cuts directly into the mortar joint — creating a mechanical lock that doesn't depend on a sealant remaining intact. This makes it the right choice for exposed locations where sealant failure would be a risk.
