Sysclad has the latest Edwards Pearson ECO guillotine capable of cutting up to 4000mm in length. This latest generation of guillotine can save up to 75% on the running cost of a conventional guillotine.

Guillotines are becoming rarer as they are slowly being replaced by high-speed lasers. However, they have their place when it comes to flat blanks, flashings, or copings as these items don't need profiling. A guillotine cut can be several times faster than a laser cut and it is considerably cheaper to run.

As a result of the high cutting speed of this machine, it gives us spare shearing capacity so that we can cut more than just our own products. If you are in need of extra capacity then we can probably offer you a rapid turnaround on sheared components.
